K-Head 

The K-head has been developed for the high demands of the moss and chain-stitch embroidery industry. The unique four motors per head allow for individual variation of the needle, presser foot and the thread carrier. This means you can adjust the production to suit any variety of threads or embroidery material.

The K-head can be combined with a standard H-head and up 14 head pairs per machine. Operating at 750 rpm and equipped with automatic needle height adjustment, automatic thread trimming and pneumatic colour change, these machines are built for high production.

W-Head

The W-head is designed to embroider ribbons, cords and fancy yarns. In the past, this was normally applied manually to fabrics and clothing. The W-head offers fast and efficient application of any type of ribbon or cord.

The different embroidery modes allow for coiling and zig-zagging of ribbon, cord and yarns. Operating at up to 850 rpm. the material can be supplied via two bobbins attached to the embroidery head or via cord supply units installed on the sides of the W head.

V-Triple Combination Head

The V series offers the combination of a standard embroidery head, a K-head for moss and chain stitch embroidery and a W-head for cording, taping and coiling. These triple combination machines give you maximum flexibility and creativity for more detailed and diverse jobs. They are particularly useful in the fashion industry for prototyping intricate designs. 

This head combination lets you add sequins, beads, and cords to your design. A hot-air cutter can also be added to the embroidery head.
